    • Les Ingrédients
      125 g de farine(125 grams of flour)
      30 g de beurre (30 grams of butter)
      50 cl de lait(50 centiliters of milk)
      3 oeufs (3 eggs)
      20 g de sucre (20 grams of sugar)
    • Étape 1
      ~Verser la farinedansunejatte avec le sucre.
      ~Pour the flour into a bowl with the sugar.
    • ~Faire fondre le beurre, le versersur le farine et mélanger.
      ~Melt the butter and pour it onto the flour. Mix.

    • ~Ajouter le lait petit à petit en ne cessant de mélanger au fouetafin d’éviter les grumeaux.
      ~Add the milk little by little while whisking to avoid lumps.

    • ~Ajouter les oeufs
      ~Add the eggs.
      Étape 4
    • ~Couvrir la jatte et laisserreposer au moins 2 heures.
      ~Cover the bowl and let stand for at least 2 hours.

    • ~Faire cuire.
