Social networks allow them to deliver the up-to-date information tofollowers without boundary and they offer customer supports through socialnetworking. In order to capture fans, they stay active and immediate response to fans’ enquiries andalways update interesting topics. Promotional event is effective to recruit followers. Their communication strategy is to stay close to the fans and followers, keeping updateand keeping connections. In terms of responsiveness to our comments, the best and the fastest has been KoreanAir, followed by Cathay Pacific, Korean Air, Qatar Airways and Singapore Airlines.CONCLUSIONS

They also post promotions to encourage itsusers and they do many questions to create conversation and the feeling of communityCONCLUSIONS

Having a customizedesign channel to show the brand image. Blog: It is used to talk about topics such as travel and different destinations worldwide. On Google Plus: They all seem to know the importance of this social network toimprove SEO and who post too often, have pictures and good description in the About.CONCLUSIONS
