Using For The First Time - Continued Pg 6 of 21 Getting Started Next: Imprint information that appears in all reports For site license users this tab will contain a list of all users that are registered under the site license. Click on any registered user name in the list to display the full imprint to the right of the list. Every time you open a template the last saved name will appear on the imprint area of the reports. You may change this at anytime. In addition if you have put in an imprint change request from our website you can update your software by clicking the button on the lower right of the tab.

To view or edit the client’s personal information like their name or DOB click on the Client Name in the tree view. To view or edited a client’s plan click on the Plan Title underneath the category Financial Plans for a client. You may also view memos/notes for a client by clicking on the Memo History category for a client. This will list all of the memos for a client. Saving Your Client Reports When you are ready to save your report in Excel click on “File”, then “Save As…” In the “Save As” dialog box give the file a meaningful name and click “Save”. Opening Your Saved Client Reports Locate the saved client file you wish to open and “Double click” on it to have it open in Excel. If your macro security setting is set to medium you will be asked to Enable Macros. You must click ” Enable Macros” for the reports to function correctly. If it is set to high you should change this to low or medium. To do this open Excel Click on “Tools” Click on “Macro”, next click “Security…”. On the “Security” tab click on the Medium or Low Option. Then click “OK”. Next Excel will ask you if you want to update the “Automatic Links”.
