Cancellation Policy Receipt of your registration form for the MNYCCPOA Winter ’09 Professional Development Program, whether by mail, email or fax reserves a space for you and includes program materials and refreshments. Therefore, your payment is required whether or not you actually attended on the day of the meeting. All checks must be received prior to the meeting. Cancellations must be received a minimum of 72 hours prior to the meeting to guarantee a refund of the program fee. Less than 72 hours notice and/or other issues related to the Cancellation Policy must be addressed to the Program Chair for the particular meeting and the 1st Vice President.
