Sounds like you've got head trash! We've all got it, right? You know, all that stuff that's taking up headspace, getting in your way and holding you back. Things like a negative inner voice, emotions that are out of control, negative behaviours, limiting beliefs and frustrations. All these can take up a lot of mental energy and prevent you from being the best version of yourself. For some people these nasties can be so dominant, that they can't even see beyond the head trash for the all the rubbish piling up!
