Clinical signs

3. Treatment
1-specific treatment:
*Imizol 12% → 1 ml / 100 kg b.wt /S.C
*Acaprin 5% → 1 ml / 50 kg b.wt / S.C
*Berenil → each 1.05 gm vial /dissolved in 12.5 ml
water
→each 7.35 gm vial / dissolved in 87.5 ml
water
dose: ½ ml / 10 kg b.wt / deep I.M injection
)not inject more than 10 ml at the same site(
2-I/V injection of Analgine (in case of fever(:
10cm / 100 kg b.wt
3-I/V injection of Dextrose 25% → 1-2 liter & Saline
solution →1-2 liter
4. 4-blood transfusion in severe case
5-I/M injection of iron dextran → 4 ml / 100 kg b.wt /week
&AD3E → 5-10 cm / I.M / daily
N.B:
CONTROL OF TICK IS VERY IMPORTATNT
STEP BY:
*Diazinone spray → 1 cm / liter
*Ivermectin → 1 cm / 50 kg b.wt /S.C injection
