  2. 2. GERMAN TYPICAL BREAKFASTA typical German breakfast(Frühstück) falls between what wedcall a deli platter and a continentalbreakfast. Cold meats (including theirfamous sausages) and cheeses areserved along side a variety of breadsand sweet toppings like jam,marmalade and honey. Soft-boiledeggs, cereals and fruit would roundout a large breakfast.

  4. 4. SCOTTISH TYPICAL BREAKFASTIn Scotland the full breakfast; as withothers contains eggs, back bacon, linksausage, buttered toast, baked beansand tea or coffee. The breakfast is madeScottish by the addition of Scottish styleblack pudding, sliced sausage and tattiescones. It commonly also includes fried orgrilled tomato and/or mushrooms andoccasionally haggis, white pudding, fruitpudding or oatcakes. As with otherbreakfasts it has become more common,especially within home, to grill the meats,puddings and tomatoes and to only fry theeggs and tattie scones. Add a poached egg and some good bread, and its a light but warming meal. Roasted suckling lamb Flan or caramel custard is a custard dessert with a layer of soft caramel on top

German sausagesinclude; Würste Frankfurters/Wieners, Bratwürste,Rindswürste, Knackwürste, and Bockwürste. Griesspudding Grits Pudding make it in an interesting pudding form like a heart shape top with a hot fruit sauce made of raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries or cherries,

ITALIAN TYPICAL DINNER Lantipasto (an assortment of appetizer meats, cheeses, olives and such served with bread) Risotto, is a class of Italian dishes of rice cooked in broth to a creamy consistencyButtermilk-Battered Calamari Serve with marinara sauce fordipping. Tiramisu is made of ladyfingers dipped in coffee, layered with a whipped mixture of egg yolks and mascarpone, and flavored with liquor and cocoa

We put hot browngravy, (traditionally made from the juicesof the roast meat, but more often todayfrom a packet!) on the meat and usuallythe vegetables. One of the vegetables isalmost always potatoes. Citrus Cake, a tasty, tangy cake which is best made with pure juices of the citrus fruit.
