jrg22 made a wall-post Hi Alex, Seen your comparative approach of BM for HP and IBM that you have sketch some time ago. Having worked on the CRM side of both companies, I do not agree with your definition, as at least HP is using different BM based on different BU’s. Even if the mass market products represent a large portion of the business, their product portfolio in the Unix server, data sorage and so on, and also the software biz as well as prof services represents a big part of the turn over. Thus reducing HP business model to what I have seen seems to be limited. Nevertheless, your approach, for what I have read is quite interesting, you are re-using portion of the strategic planing, and this need to be put in perspective. Thanks for your presentation. JR

Perhaps, you can put them up as QT videos on YouTube in the hope that it might better capture the essence of your presentations. Thanks for sharing!

It’s too bad that the delivery method in Slideshare is so limiting. I can see that your presentations use a lot of buildups and, I gather, interesting transitions that cannot be duplicated here. Perhaps, you can put them up as QT videos on YouTube in the hope that it might better capture the essence of your presentations. Thanks for sharing!

I’ve looked at a couple of your presentations and I think they’re absolutely terrific! You embody the new style being espoused by people like Garr Reynold, Les Posen and Nancy Duarte.
