One thing I forgot to mention in the videos: One common mistake I've been guilty of is The Leave-Behind Effect: when the deck is going to be left as a leave-behind, there's a tendency to overwrite it, so explain all the things you won't be able to explain in person. The solution to this is simple: two decks. The wordy deck you leave behind and the abridged version you use for your live presentation. 2 years ago
