    • The Memphis Mineral, Fossil, and Jewelry Show (the “Show”) will produce the following:
    • A successfully promoted event, for which high quality dealers will be contracted to market quality minerals, fossils, and jewelry to the public.
    • An exhibition and forum to provide its participants with well planned and executed educational experiences involving the earth sciences, lapidary arts, and archaeology.
    • A recruiting opportunity for membership in the Memphis Archaeological & Geological Society
    • A benefit for the Memphis Archaeological & Geological Society and the Ronald McDonald House of Memphis.

    • The Show is a proven venue with a long history of successful participation in the community (30 years in 2009). Historical attendance approximately 2,000.
    • The Show is financially stable, with adequate reserves and a strong balance sheet.
    • The Show is produced and supported by the membership of the Memphis Archaeological & Geological Society. The Society is a non-profit 501 (c) (3) organization incorporated in 1958. Current membership is over 250.
    • Monthly News Letter distribution is over 300.
