Films Division, Govt. of India has given the responsibility of Uttar Pradesh to SIMCO Foundation in the year 2003. This gave rise to the vast network of film exhibitors through-out the state of U.P. who are well trained in film exhibition with their own Power backups & transportation.

Communicating with & convincing respective Govt. authorities viz. Secretaries, Directors, Distt Inspector of Schools(DIOS), Basic Shiksha Adhikary(BSA), Distt Magistrates, Chief Development Officers, etc. Strengthening of NGO/personnel network at the grass root level Creating awareness about the programme (Press& Media collaboration)
Creating quizzes on the content of the VP films Welcoming local celebrities & influencers for award ceremonies Soliciting sponsorships & mass awareness programmes by organizations, viz. NABARD, UNDP, State Govts.
