  • 3.  To make available the audio- visual content developed by VP to outreach areas To create an appeal for the viewership of the A-V content among the masses (especially rural) To enthuse student participation in outreach areas
  • 4.  Films Division, Govt. of India has given the responsibility of Uttar Pradesh to SIMCO Foundation in the year 2003. This gave rise to the vast network of film exhibitors through-out the state of U.P. who are well trained in film exhibition with their own Power backups & transportation.
  • 5.  A-V shows in Secondary & Primary schools A-V shows in Villages A-V shows in specific groups viz. SHGs, Farmer Clubs, Local groups, etc.
  • 6.  Communicating with & convincing respective Govt. authorities viz. Secretaries, Directors, Distt Inspector of Schools(DIOS), Basic Shiksha Adhikary(BSA), Distt Magistrates, Chief Development Officers, etc. Strengthening of NGO/personnel network at the grass root level Creating awareness about the programme (Press& Media collaboration)
