  19. 19. © 2013 Cisco and/or its affiliates. All rights reserved. 19 • Partner: Help Desk • Imperative: Continuous deployment is now a strategic objective for XYZ • The change: So we are moving from a weekly release to continuous small deployments • What’s the same/different: We will still hold a weekly TOI for the help desk to summarize changes, but we will also post changes on the XYZ wiki as they happen • Modified role: Support staff is going to need to check the wiki when they get support calls • The offer: We will provide training in the next TOI and also send out an announcement • The close: Can you give everyone a heads up that they won’t want to miss this?
