I don’t think I presented a concrete 'approach' - more like reasoning for learning Agile (student audience) and why methods based on Agile principles tend to work. I am practicing Agile development in a highly distributed environment (some half a dozen of location all over the world). It is tough. It is, however, way better, than plan/contract driven.

Interesting presentation. What have bene the drawbacks of using your presented approach? Have you practiced it in an environment where those making the requirements and those executing the development, are not on 1 physical location (or even continent?)
