  4. 4. Sabrix provides a range of options to allow customers to integrate their business systems with Managed Tax Service (MTS). This Platform and ERP Integration Support Guide describes the Sabrix MTS policies regarding MTS supported platforms. . Lead Time Sabrix is committed to supporting customer system landscape when ERP vendors issue new releases, patches, and bug fixes. The table below outlines the time frame in which Sabrix will respond to ERP vendor changes. Any communications from Sabrix required under the following policies may be made via email. Major New Vendor Release Within 90 calendar days of a vendor announcing the availability of a new generally available major version, Sabrix will announce its decision about whether or not to support this major new release. If Sabrix decides to support this release, a generally available version of the Sabrix Integration will be available, in general, within 90-180 calendar days after Sabrix’s announcement. Vendor Support Pack/ Within 30 calendar days of vendor announcing the availability of a new service pack or patch level Patch Level (SP/PL), Sabrix will start its validation of the SP/PL unless superseded by another Vendor SP/PL. If no product changes are required, Sabrix will release a Statement of Compatibility with that SP/PL. When changes to the Sabrix Integration are required, Sabrix will announce its intention about how to support the SP/PL. Usually the timeframe for both of these is within 10 calendar days after start of verification. Sabrix Bug Fixes Sabrix will make all reasonable efforts to address product issues within a timely manner; issues that are not stopping production are addressed during Sabrix’s scheduled maintenance releases. Depending on the product and its stage in the product life cycle, Sabrix usually plans on two to three maintenance releases per year. In some cases, Sabrix might be dependent on the ERP Vendor to fix items in the ERP product; this might affect Sabrix’s ability to address an issue in the Sabrix product.   1

  10. 10.   End of Product Service Policy As the ERP vendors’ systems or the Sabrix integrations evolve, Sabrix will cease support for some older versions of ERP platforms and related integrations. Sabrix will: • Provide standard support for one or two major versions of a supported ERP vendor release; for example Microsoft Dynamics GP v9 and v10 are supported. • Only support the latest SP/PL. • Develop new features on the latest ERP version and SP/PL of a given product only. • Back port only some features to previous ERP versions solely on a case by case basis. • Cease maintenance on the oldest Sabrix supported ERP vendor version when Sabrix adopts the latest major version of a new ERP platform and provides the integration for it. For example, when Microsoft Dynamics GP v11 is added, then v9 will no longer be actively supported.   7
