  • From this slide you can see how we are structured in terms of our breadth of skills around the design and delivery of IT solutions. We try to focus our attention on those companies with around 500 to 5000 users. This enables us to offer quite a flexible and effective service. We have clients who were utilising some of the larger service providers at one time who now find that Trinity (currently with 150+ employees) are able to offer more of a personalised/ partnership style of service. Example of those clients would be Windsor Life (Cap Gemini) , Whitefriars Housing Authority (Siemens)
  • These are some of our Navison clients Ranging for a 5 user system at Marabu, to over 70 users at Chubb Our latest implementation is Solutions Group…their project is due to go live in September. We implement on average 2 to 4 new solutions per year – depending on the size of the project. Solutions Group is a relatively large project with 15 depots and over 60 users.
  • Trends: Have seen the consolidation of Oracle and Peoplesoft and JD Edwards within the Tier 1 market place. The same can also be said for the tier 2 market with the consolidation of Navision Great Plains and Axapta to give Microsoft Business Solutions, Coda was acquired by Baan who its self has been acquired by SSA Global, Sun systems acquired Pegasus and this trend is continuing with Ifs being acquired by Intentia. Tier one are moving into the Market space of The Tier Two and threes traditional market as well as tier three moving up to tier two. This means that the Market share is shrinking.
