                  The international platform for young people to explore and develop their leadership potential
Intro
                              Giving youth a voice and a purpose - It is now the 3rd year that AIESEC organizes one of the biggest youth leadership
                              forums in Romania. From the beginning, the purpose of the project has been to reunite under the same
                              forum, representatives from companies, leaders from different sectors and youth talent selected by AIESEC, to engage and
                              discuss the topic of youth leadership in Romania and how we can change todays society for the better.
                              As being part of AIESEC Romania, I have see the way that this Forum has evolved and has given many perspectives both to
                              the young students that we work with each and every day, but as well to the representatives of the companies and the
                              speakers that we have invited. The Leadership Forum is a place where all participants and guest get to collaborate and be
                              inspired by some of the brightest young minds in Romania today. Romania Youth Leadership Forum is about connection, is

      • Romanian Youth Leadership Forum is the biggest youth conference in Romania and
        the biggest on the topic of leadership.

DESCRIPTION:
During the Youth to Issues Forum, the participants have the opportunity to take part in a discussion about the problems that exist in
the environment in Romania and to work on solutions to diminish them .

500 AIESEC members from 15 cities, 100 members from local NGOs appropriate for the issues approached
STRUCTURE
3 main Issues approached
200 participants for each issue
4 groups of 50 people for each issue
OUTCOME: drafts of projects/ initiatives to be implemented by companies and AIESEC, NGOs and AIESEC

DESCRIPTION:
During the Youth to Business Forum the members have the opportunity to interact directly with the corporate environment from
Romania, through the workshops and trainings delivered by our partnering companies.
Through this forum, AIESEC in Romania wishes to offer connection points and networking opportunities for the students and recent
graduates, members of our organization to take the step from their student life to their professional one.

500 AIESEC members from 15 cities
Students from Bucharest universities and other NGOs according to the profile wanted by the company

48 workshops- 120 minutes- 50 delegates

In “Competencies Building” we offer trainings and workshops based on AIESEC
International competency model, that had the purpose to develop skills and model
necessary attitudes for the AIESEC’s Experiential Leadership Development.

250 new members and 250 old members
STRUCTURE
16 workshops- 120 minutes- 60 delegates
8 workshops for new members, 8 workshops for old members

During the Inspire Leadership Event we wished to bring face to face the participants in the conference with leaders from diverse
fields, to share with them their success stories and how developing their own leadership style is crucial for having success.
The main purpose was to offer a different perspective and genuine role models that they can follow.

  • 2. Intro Giving youth a voice and a purpose - It is now the 3rd year that AIESEC organizes one of the biggest youth leadership forums in Romania. From the beginning, the purpose of the project has been to reunite under the same forum, representatives from companies, leaders from different sectors and youth talent selected by AIESEC, to engage and discuss the topic of youth leadership in Romania and how we can change todays society for the better. As being part of AIESEC Romania, I have see the way that this Forum has evolved and has given many perspectives both to the young students that we work with each and every day, but as well to the representatives of the companies and the speakers that we have invited. The Leadership Forum is a place where all participants and guest get to collaborate and be inspired by some of the brightest young minds in Romania today. Romania Youth Leadership Forum is about connection, is Michael Omescu about learning and it is about giving youth a voice and a purpose for todays society. OBJECTIVES and BENEFITS FOR Romania Youth Leadership Forum 2012 Youth to Issues Forum DESCRIPTION: During the Youth to Issues Forum, the participants have the opportunity to take part in a discussion about the problems that exist in the environment in Romania and to work on solutions to diminish them . PARTICIPANTS 500 AIESEC members from 15 cities, 100 members from local NGOs appropriate for the issues approached STRUCTURE 3 main Issues approached 200 participants for each issue 4 groups of 50 people for each issue OUTCOME: drafts of projects/ initiatives to be implemented by companies and AIESEC, NGOs and AIESEC Why should you participate? Through this forum, AIESEC in Romania wishes to offer connection points and networking opportunities for the students and recent graduates, members of our organization to take the step from their student life to their professional one. PARTICIPANTS 500 AIESEC members from 15 cities Students from Bucharest universities and other NGOs according to the profile wanted by the company STRUCTURE 48 workshops- 120 minutes- 50 delegates Why should you participate?
