Augmented reality (AR) is a term for a view of a physical, real-world environment whose elements are augmented by computer-generated sensory input, such as sound or graphics.
Term in practice… Augmented reality is a term for a live view of a real-world environment through camera, where virtual elements are merged with the real-life. The ‘virtual elements’, can consist of anything. This could be 3D models, video, web information…. you name it.
