The Financial system consists of US and UK customers, and includes additional modules such as FRx, Forecaster, SalesPad, FileBound and SmartConnect. - Responsible for the companys Commission system. The system handles seven different groups of sales personnel and their respective plans through integration with the companys invoice history database (SOP). - Responsible for the Quality Assurance (QA) team for ColdFusion applications ranging from internal systems (CRM, Content) to customer-facing systems (Study Island, Northstar). Additional internal systems, such as CMS (Ektron) and Marketing (SilverPop), and product-lines (TeacherWeb, Reading Eggs) were tested as needed. - Coordinated with executive management regarding projects, new business initiatives and acquisitions, including items such as system integration, sales strategy/analysis, financial modeling, and operational workflow. - Consulted with other technology groups (development and infrastructure) on project-by-project basis.
