- Responsible for the Financial System for the company initially spanning a combination of products from
Microsoft, Intuit, NetSuite, Sage and in-house developed solutions, but ultimately targeting a MS Dynamics
GP system. The Financial system consists of US and UK customers, and includes additional modules such as
FRx, Forecaster, SalesPad, FileBound and SmartConnect.
- Responsible for the company's Commission system. The system handles seven different groups of sales
personnel and their respective plans through integration with the company's invoice history database (SOP).
- Responsible for the Quality Assurance (QA) team for ColdFusion applications ranging from internal systems
(CRM, Content) to customer-facing systems (Study Island, Northstar). Additional internal systems, such as
CMS (Ektron) and Marketing (SilverPop), and product-lines (TeacherWeb, Reading Eggs) were tested as
needed.

repository to a CRM. The expansion included the integration of the phone system logs/dialing web calls,

- Managed the infrastructure, including developing the office network (AD, VPN, RRAS) and handling the
