Sales is not that used car salesman that sold you that heap of junk all those years ago. It is not that pushy vendor who tried to “close you”. It is not that telemarketer calling you every Friday at 8:00 PM.

Sales is part of life. It is part of who we are. What makes us human. It is what you do when you are trying to get your kids to come inside and take a bath. To get your husband or wife to finally take that trip. To convince your boss to give you that well-deserved break.

To sell is to convince. To influence. To persuade. To get what we want. It is not about tricking “the other side”, but about doing what’s best for all involved. Sales. Is. Life.
