  • only a person who applied a job not because zaka is low but because of the love of job and wanting to a chieve something out of the job can make one be innovative....sitting and play games during working hours leads to disengagement, therefore positive feedback lead to recognition and employee is then a happier person with allll the smiles everyday..'wink wink'
