Based on my research about ‘business communication systems’, I made a report about how the companies use them, how it helps them and how effective it is for the business companies. Also I explained the benefits and drawbacks of each type.

Findings/Research
Business Communication Type I - Telephone has been a big help in company especially if it’s a retailing company. They are able to communicate with people from a long distance and they can also help customers if are facing any difficulty about the product they bought from the company. The benefits of this type of business communication are companies will be able to arrange board meetings without physically arranging it and they can use it to call for help in case of emergency. For example, something happen to their employees or there could be a fire. The drawbacks of telephone conversations would be that you can’t explain too much in detail with the person you are talking and it’s a bit informal if you are talking about business information.
Business Communication Type II – Electronic Mail or Email has been an important in business communication because it allows you to send message to a person or a group of people privately. The benefits of this type of business communication would be that the companies will be able to send files and documents easily. Also for retailers online people can send inquiries or ask for help via email and the company will get to it really quickly. The drawbacks of this type of business communication would be that email accounts are easily hacked by hackers easily if it’s not well protected. Also you can get useless messages from other people or other company like spam messages.
Business Communication Type III – Presentation is frequently used in business meetings and it works really well. The Microsoft PowerPoint is the software used for presenting business information in business companies. The benefits of this type of business communication would be that you would be able to get your point across easily and you will be able to explain yourself in more detail because you can show images, video, charts and graphs. The drawbacks of this type of this business communication would be that the person demonstrating must have the presentation on the top of his head or else he wouldn’t have a clue what he would be explaining to the people around. Also this type of business communication is not that straightforward.
Conclusions and Recommendations

All three types of business communication are important to the business companies but I think presentation is the most important out of the three because presentation gets people well informed and it’s easy to understand. Also this type of communication is formal and informative as you can see everyone that you are talking or explaining to.
I recommend all three types of business communications as people use them in their daily lives. Telephones help with emergencies, Emails help with private messaging and Presentations help to inform easier.

Growth of Internet-based business

I - e-Commerce is one of the most important developments in business nowadays. If you want to return an item online it can be very difficult because of the amount of time you have to settle who would pay for the return postage or whether you will get your whole money back. Identity theft is a major put off. Buying individual items from different companies can be very expensive than buying packaged items.
III - e-Marketing is also called Internet advertising. There’s a difficulty of displaying creativity as intended in the inbox. It is difficult to get response from customers.
