  • Pose Sample Scenarios (what if you had someone hostile, what if you have a bad address, what if the person is not home…) Test Serve if you have Volume Do a Google Search Check the web site- is this the main business, how long has the site been live, who owns it? Whois.sc? Background checks on principals of companies whom you are awarding contracts or volume serves

  • Don’t send the Only Copy of you docs…you will get burned You Get What you Pay For – Do not just go for the lowest price – paying $12 for something that usually cost $40 - $80 Check the affidavits (multiple serves on the same day) –issues that were happening Mileage too far apart (3k in a day) Time too close together, dated before case was filed Have a realistic successful service rate-Not 100% - if you have volume and every paper is coming back served, start asking questions
