  2. 2. Getting References from the Catalogue<br />Login to Refworks<br />Go to Search > Online Catalogue or Database<br />
  3. 3. Choosing the Catalogue<br /><ul><li>In the pull-down menu next to “Search,” University of Calgary is second in the list after PubMed
  4. 4. Select to search in UofC catalogue</li></li></ul><li>Quick Search<br />A quick search uses a keyword to search the catalogue<br />Choose your query and click search <br />
  5. 5. Advanced Search<br />You can also click “Advanced Search” to search for specific authors, titles, etc.<br />Click the green plus sign to add fields to your search (such as titles, descriptors, publication year, etc.)<br />Click Search<br />
  6. 6. Importing<br />You can also select the folder you want your reference(s) to go in to<br />Once you search, your results will be listed<br />Select reference by clicking in box<br />Click import when ready<br />References will import automatically<br />
