  • This graphic shows how our differentiation fits into the marketplace. As you can see, the advisory firms do provide some execution, but don’t extend into the implement and operate sectors. On the other end, the firms that operate services barely extend into the implement area. Several organizations that have a large presence in the middle of the scale, don’t have strength in the advisory area. Deloitte Consulting’s solutions are first driven by business issues - then delivered through world class execution and implementation. An approach which we believe adds tremendous value to the client.
  • We know that in order to provide our clients the lasting value they want, we need to emphasize a culture that promotes long-term bonds among our people. We do that by stressing the value each individual brings to the organization; By involving ourselves in our communities and supporting worthy causes; By encouraging diversity at all levels in our organization. In Consulting, teams are continually forming and reforming, so that colleagues have opportunities to work with each other again and again over time. Our focus on collaboration and non-hierarchical interaction strengthens the connection people feel for each other and the firm and helps explain why so many of us stay with the firm throughout our careers.
