Dr. Nounou has more than 24 years of experience in computer science research, project leadership and business. Dr. Nounou manages the consulting and solution delivery, and innovative technology operations of Horizons. She researches and supervises the use of technology to support business operations and management decision support systems. Dr. Nounou authors and supervises the delivery of training courses. Dr. Nihal is the leader of the Strategy Architect Product. Dr. Nounou has been teaching computer science courses at leading universities in the US and Egypt in the past 15 years both as full time professor and as adjunct professor. Dr. Nounou have authored and coauthored many papers in the field of computer communication networks and software development. Dr. Nounou completed her undergraduate work in Computer Engineering at Ain-Shams University, and received her Master's and Doctorate degrees in Computer Science from Columbia University, New York, USA. Dr. Nounou was Associate and Assistant professor at Drew University, Rutgers University in New Jersey, USA; and at Pace University in New York, USA till 1999 when she moved to Cairo Egypt. Dr. Nounou is currently an Adjunct Professor in the Computer Engineering and Computer Science departments at the Arab Academy of Science and Technology, Cairo, Egypt.
