Industry problem: Russia DOES NOT participate in the value chain of creation and production network hardware and software (>90% - solutions of foreign vendors). Academic problem: Russian universities DO NOT conduct world level research in the field of computer networks, DO NOT prepare professionals of the necessary level required by National industry. ! !
