  6. RATIONALE No bakery around the area.  Can taste something new  It’s a nice area for a bakery People can buy sweets. Would be convenient.
  7. RATIONALE (Continued) Good for people who don’t have jobs .  Can get job when it opens. Need nice, good place around the area.

  12. Solution 1: Construction Do construction during work hours Put traffic signals up Put up a fence so that paint won’t get on buildings
  13. Problem 2: Shut Down Stores When stores get shut down that means that we will have problems.
  14. Solution 2: Closed Stores  Help store ads Encourage owners to clean their stores
  15. CONCLUSION To give the residents a chance to have new experiences. To give people jobs. To taste something new and different.
