  • 5. RATIONALE The reason we would like to build a restaurant here is because there are no healthy food spots in Newark so we want to build a healthy restaurant to help the people get on a good diet.
  • 6. HOW WILL IT HELP THE COMMUNTITY AND MEETTHE NEEDS OF THE SURROUNDING AREA Healthy eating is a problem in the United States, with Burger King, McDonalds, which are the leading food spots for obesity and diabetes. Half of the kids around the world are over weight, and it is our job to stop that. We are selling healthier foods, not just salad and salad wraps. We are also selling food from a wide variety of countries.

  • 8. METHODOLOGY We are going to start a food truck and catering, as well as advertising our business. After that, we will apply for a start up loan to build our restaurant.
  • 9. THE BUILDING OF THE RESTAURANT A company is going to build the restaurant. Our restaurant will provide a healthy service but in order to do so revenue must be made, to keep great quality
  • 10. HOW WE’RE GOING TO GET THE MONEY We plan to get the money from various private investors, while also bringing in revenue ourselves through our food truck and food serving.
