  • 1. The Game:Two halves 20 – 25minutes each with a 5minute half time.11 players per side,including thegoalkeeper.The ball must bepassed or dribbleddown the field withthe flat side of thestick.A goal is scoredwhen an attackerstrikes the ball intothe goal.
  • 2. Fouls:A player may not:Shield or obstruct the ball from an opponent with the body or stick. Allplayers must have an equal chance to gain control of the ball as it isdribbled or passed down the field.Play the ball with the rounded side of the stick.Charge, hit, shove or trip an opponent.Play the ball in a potentially dangerous way.Raise the stick above the waist in a dangerous manner while attemptingto play or stop the ball.Advance the ball by any means other than with the stick.Stop or deflect the ball in the air or on the ground with any part of thebody.Hit, hook, hold or interfere with and opponents stick.Fouls in the area are penalties.
  • 3. The Push-In/Hit InA push-in or hit-in isawarded to theopposition if a playerhits the ball over thesideline. All players andtheir sticks must be atleast 5 metres awayfrom the spot where theball is put into play.
