President 2013 We became the official 67th chapter of AIGA We laid a lot of ground work to make our chapter Provided leadership and vision to our growing chapter Connection with national office Set agendas and call weekly board meetings Met with various groups about AIGA “The Best AIGA Chapter in the Nation” • • • • • • • Triad North Carolina / The Board

  • 22. Event Directors Starting with the fall of 2012, we planned, held, or attended approx. 29 events through AIGA and helped to promote 7 community events for a total of 36 events we were involved with as a chapter.  Triad North Carolina / The Board

Event Directors Types of events included: Small and large socials (gatherings, Valentine’s & Christmas) Student Portfolio Review with High Point University Guest speakers of local designers and illustrators, social media experts, paper reps and GFDA (national speakers) Studio Tours in Gboro and Winston-Salem (Spring & Fall) Amanda attended national leadership retreat in Philly; helped organize the retreat for our board Adobe Workshop-Creative Cloud Design Week (including a studio tour and logo competition) • • • • • • • Triad North Carolina / The Board
  • 24. Event Directors Top attendance was for the Studio Tours in Greensboro and Winston-Salem with both exceeding 100 attendees! Triad North Carolina / The Board
