The vision of AIESEC is "Peace and fulfilment of humankind's potential". In AIESEC, we do not discriminate on the basis of race, colour, gender, sexual orientation, creed, religion, national, ethnic or social origin. We believe in the AIESEC way. AIESEC is an international platform that enables young people to explore and develop their leadership potential for them to have a positive impact on society. We provide our members with an integrated development experience comprised of leadership
