  • 25. Learning strategy Objectives 1. Accelerate the learning cycle 2. Provide virtual support through providing trainings to guarantee Organizational, Functional and Management knowledge 3. Introduce the LEAD Program 4. Change the way and the content of the conferences(externals, internals Faci, more LEAD and development personal skills of the members)

Key of Success Keep the old cycle and push the LCs to do it in the first part of the term.Increase comprehension of the program and cycle of AIESEC (better explanation of how to go from EwA to LLC) Revive the NTT with better structure (2 NTT : oldies and newbies) Guarantee a high relevance of experiences and leadership development Develop the Virtual Platform to enhance knowledge management (Podio) and provide sessions Implement the LEAD Program in the conferences Empower all LCs to run the LEAD program effectively in their second local conference To Provide more professional trainings through partners and alumni participation Create and implement the concept of AIESEC School
  • 27. Expansion strategy Objectives 1. Have a new full LC by the end of the term 2. Drive AIESEC Algeria to gain a full membership in the IPM3. Start research initiative to provide the next MC the relevance to open new entities in the regions

  • 38. Key of success Differentiated, Individual Coaching Strategy Create a culture of GCPs sharingTo align and guarantee the flow of strategic information from the LCs to the MC Align the strategies with Operations Deliver performance analysis from and to the LCs

Maturity Level System• A From of “Clustering” but it’s more a Tool to stimulate and encourage Growth, as well as Measure Performance.• For every Level (Star) certain Minimum Requirements has to be fulfilled.• Every LC will be assessed separately on TMP; TLP; IGIP; OGIP; IGDCP; OGDCP.• Depending on the Maturity Level, the coaching differs for the Area.

A 3-Part Coaching ApproachGeneral Coaching:A fixed Coach, that visits the LC regularly, calls up the LC on a weekly basis:Identify Issues, constantly asses progress and look to the LC together for solutions,gives sessions and Advice, helps executing the Coaching Plan based on the MaturityLevelsOperational Coaching: Strategic/ Functional Coaching:For LC-Areas with two to zero stars. For LC- Areas with three stars.More hands-on, practical trainings: Direct Coaching from the MCVP,Sales Training, Myaiesec.net Training, in order to develop new GCP,General National and International Pilot new Structures, Strategies,Strategies, GCP, Time management Etc.
