Internal Control
Board• Global ruling body that has final decision
making power regarding exchange quality and
ethics cases.
• Only for serious cases that cannot be resolved
alone by the MC and parties involved
• MC submits an Official Case Application to
icb@ai.aiesec.org
• Decision from ICB should be received within 2
weeks of receiving the case; for exchange
quality a decision often involves financial
