1. What is your motivation to apply for the position of MCVP of AIESEC in
Greece? What will be your unique contribution and what do you expect to
learn from this experience?

suitable as MCVP of AIESEC in Greece and your 2 weakness which would have

3. Specific Questionnaire
1. Please evaluate the performance of AIESEC Hellas and the LCs of AIESEC in
Greece in 2014. Which were the main improvements and which are our
current bottlenecks? Which initiatives would you implement the next term to
ensure reaching country numerical goals and sustainable development?
2. How do you envision AIESEC in Greece in the next term (take into
consideration the following aspects: results, positioning in the Network,
human resources, relevance in Greek society, leadership, culture). How do you
see the role of the term 2015-2016 in the historical path of AIESEC in Greece,
taking into consideration the final sprint of 2015 and the establishment of
2020 ambition?
3. What is the role of MC? What should be the role of MC and the LCs towards
next term ambition? What, do you think, should happen in order to reach
this?
4. What are the 3 key trends that you see shaping Greece over the next year and
how do you think AIESEC Greece can capitalize on them?

OGX GCDP
1. Propose ways to ensure two big peaks of realizations for OGX GCDP in AIESEC
in Greece.
2. Propose ways to increase the Product Positioning & Relevance of OGX GCDP
in the student market of Greece.

4. ICX GCDP
1. IGCDP Program in AIESEC in Greece has overall remained stable for the past
months. Propose the best possible strategies (nationally and locally) which will
be implemented in your term in order to make ICX GCDP in AIESEC Greece
boost its performance in a sustainable way (TN fee, accommodation, food etc.)
2. Propose 3 ways of showcasing the IGCDP program and its products (Young
Power, NGO for Change, Summer Camps, International Kindergarten) to the
external environment in order to boost the performance and visibility of the
program.

OGX GIP
1. Identify the current bottlenecks of OGX GIP taking into consideration global
data too. Propose a strategy for more effective Raising of quality EP's for
them to be matched within maximum 6 weeks and to get massive results.
2. Taking into consideration the growth of IT sector internally and externally, but
the fact that youth are not accepting new products quickly and still accept GIP
as the chance for only marketing programs propose a strategy in which
a) We will increase the number of quality IT applications nationally
b) We will increase the brand of our IT EPs on the network
c) Marketing brand of GIP opportunities won't decrease, but will become
stronger together with IT
ICX GIP
1. Which do you believe are/is the Unique Selling Points of ICX GIP Program for
a Greek Company nowadays and elaborate on them. Which do you believe
are the top three competitors of ICX GIP in Greece? State a brief analysis
between per competitor and ICX GIP program.
2. Define the current bottleneck of ICX GIP in Greece, propose a strategy for
nationally empowering LCs to perform in ICX GIP sector, including a simplified
action plan and timeline.
Human Resources
1. Define which are the 3 main challenges of HR sector nationally and propose
at least 1 solution for each challenge.
5. 2. In the context of the next term AIESEC in Greece needs to upscale the level of
productivity and leadership development of our membership. Propose specific
ways (projects) for ensuring both organizational growth and high quality team
experiences.
Marketing
1. What are the top marketing trends and how do you think they could be
implemented in AIESEC in Greece? (refer to maximum 4. They can be external
and /or from the Global Network)
2. In your opinion, which are the key challenges Marketing & PR in AIESEC in
Greece is facing. Propose a marketing strategy for achieving organizational
growth and brand reputation in 2015-2016, taking into consideration that our
core program is oGCDP. Be as much specific as possible.
Finance & Legal
1. How do you perceive Financial Sustainability for AIESEC in Greece? Describe 3
initiatives that you are going to implement during your term in order to
ensure from your position as MCVP Finance & Legal not only the
organizational sustainability and but also the growth of AIESEC in Greece. Give
a small description of the initiatives and have specific action steps of how you
are going to implement them. Please include the needed resources (e.g.
people, funds, synergies), the timeline with milestones and the sectors that
you want to boost.
2. Which are in your opinion the main risks that AIESEC in Greece is currently
exposed to? To which extent these risks can harm AIESEC in Greece in terms
of finance, operations and legal? Propose ways of mitigation for each risk.
Corporate Relations
1. Analyze the National Product Portfolio in terms of value to the corporate
world and to youth. Mention specific ways the products can evolve and
propose product development process where you believe is needed.
