With these organisations, we co-create opportunities for young people to develop themselves while providing direct positive impact. Target Audience 1) Εducational Institutions a) Middle & High Schools {Disability Schools} b) Universities (7 UNIs) {Bachelor Departments, UNI Services/Of c) private schools 2) Non-Corporate Market (Foundations, NGOs, Camps) 1) MASSIVE on a SUSTAINABLE way (Financially & Partnerships = Internally & Externally, CY2CY & TN Takers) 2) IMPACTFUL based on Greek Society's needs. The need of such Entities is in terms of how they are going to exist in the future. The purpose of the Product is to help them go a step closer into this and so as to maximize their impact through their activities The Benefits for the TN Taker are going to be: 1) AIESEC Talent 2) Organizational Growth 3) Operational Knowledge & Support 4) Connection with NGOs locally/nationally/internationally NGOs 1) No Focus as far as it concerns their geographical reach. The Interns should have the qualifications below: Backgrounds b) Finance (Financial Planning & Budgeting) c) Human Resources (Training & Development) Skills interns’ pr Accommodation provided from each LC Providing food depends on each LC accomodation & food Certificate provided to Interns by the LC . It is recommended for an AIESEC endorsements if they want or are asked by the Interns. There are not going to be provided Certificates Nationally.
