  10. 10. what does this LC mean to me? why did I apply for the position of TL ? How do I expect it to add value to me ? What do I want my team to be remembered for ? My expectations from the team How do I want to be at the end of my term ?

Me & My Team •What we want to achieve and WHY – if they don’t understand – lose motivation – drop out. •Who will do what ? •Final output should be 100% clear. •Clear expectations and policies. •Celebrate small achievements. •Enjoy and have fun together. Ensure team bonding. •Constant tracking and Feedback. •Invest time – know them well.

Before Leaving What I Need to ensure from my VPs? •Clarity on what we want to achieve and WHY. •How to Communicate it to my team. •Do my teams have – team Goals (Product – segment – peak) – Individual Goals ? Do they know it ? How will I track them? •Are my teams ready and on time ? Do they have all training and knowledge needed – if not – where and how to get them ? •What do I need to track ? How often ? Set expectations with TMs & VPs. •Where do I need support ? Who can provide it to me ?
