  • 13. TEAM MEMBER PROGRAMMEFor youth, the TM value proposition is: a practical team experienceto gain hard and soft skills and access the global network ofAIESEC. The overall experience needs to give an entrepreneurial andresponsible attitude towards being a better leader.TMP conditions: TM Programme is an experience hosted by anAIESEC entity in any country or territory. The primary purpose of theprogramme is to provide a practical learning and developmentexperience to a young person, through being part of a team andhaving responsibilities towards improving AIESEC performance andthe delivery of its experiences. A TM Programme experience isbetween 8 weeks and 18 months.
  • 14. TEAM LEADER PROGRAMMEFor youth, the TL value proposition is: a practical team leaderexperience to gain personal and professional development. Theoverall experience needs to give an entrepreneurial andresponsible attitude towards being a better leader.TLP conditions: A TL Programme experience is between 8 weeksand 18 months. TL Programme can be run in two main ways: beingteam leader of a project team or being part of an executiveleadership body on local, national or global level.
  • 15. GLOBAL COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMMEFor students, the GCDP value proposition is: Cross-cultural andpositive impact and personal development. The student should beable to contribute positively to social change in another country orterritory while experiencing the culture of that country or territory.A GCDP exchange is an internship that is hosted by an AIESEC entityunder a project or a non-AIESEC organisation e.g. NGO,organisations or schools in another country or territory.The primary purpose of the interns job description must be; theinterns cross cultural understanding, personal development andthe opportunity to contribute to social change. A GCDP internship isbetween 6 weeks and 18 months.

GLOBAL INTERNSHIP PROGRAMMEthe GIP value proposition is: Cross-cultural and professionalexperience.A GIP exchange is an internship hosted by a non-AIESECorganisation in another country or territory.
