  • This is an Osprey. It is a magnificent creature! Its got a wingspan of 5 feet.It has amber eyes when it is young and bright yellow when it gets older.

  • It is great Fearna made it to Africa. She is a remarkable bird very good navigation…in Scotland it is snowy, icy , fishing is not possible due to the frozen rivers and lochs

  • This is Duncan our Countryside Ranger, we love it when he comes in on Fridays 
  • Global Education encourages children to think about Worldwide issues It’s fun because you don’t just learn about our World It’s good to know about the future Its good because we can get loads of good jobs We have done a lot of Global work

    • 7. January 5, 2013 Fearna continues to live long the south bank of the Senegal River, flying SW over the N2 main road in the evening to roost in semi-desert. She appears to be fishing in a large area of irrigated land. It is great Fearna made it to Africa.
