    • Agents sign-in to the Staff My Agency portal. Agents ACTIVATE pre-loaded job postings for Licensed Sales Producers, Customer Service Representatives, Agency Principals and/or Telemarketers.
    • A professional recruiter from Staff My Agency is immediately notified when an agent ACTIVATES a job posting.
    • The recruiter reviews the posting and starts to identify and pre-screen candidates. The resumes of the qualified candidates are then sent to the agent through the staffing portal (resumes can easily be viewed on the agent’s computer or handheld device).
    • The agent contacts candidates to schedule interviews and complete the hiring process.

    • The Test Drive is a two (2) month program that allows agents to hire one (1) employee of their choice at the introductory rate of $379.00 per month. Staff My Agency guarantees that you will receive pre-screened candidates to interview within 14 days of activating a job posting or the second month of your Test Drive is free.
    • SIGNATURE - Agents that need to hire two (2) or more employees rely on our SIGNATURE Program.
    • The Signature program is a twelve (12) month program that allows agents to hire up to four (4) employees at the introductory rate of $259.00 per month. Staff My Agency guarantees that you will receive pre-screened candidates to interview within 14 days of activating a job posting or your second month of service is free.

    • Staff My Agency’s Recruiting-as-a-Service staffing model allows agents to work with professional recruiters for pennies on the dollar compared to traditional staffing firms.
    • Traditional Staffing Firm - $40K/year job @15% of the employees’ first year’s salary would be an agency fee of $6000.00.
    • Staff My Agency “Test Drive” – The same hire is $379.00 per month for two (2) months ($758.00).
    • Staff My Agency “Signature” program allows agents to hire up to four (4) employees in a twelve (12) mo. period for $259.00 per mo ($3108.00). Half the price of one (1) traditional staffing agency fee.
