Attorney Vs Collections - Presentation Transcript

    1. Inspirational Thought of The Week (Pleasure before Business on my blog...Smiles) Life is essentially composed of two things: the experiences that we make and the people with which we share them. And remarkably, the two are dynamically connected. With little family, few friends, and no mentors, your success and happiness are equally limited. But as you open the doors to countless friends, family, and mentors, the doors to success and everyday fulfillment open wide. It’s not always what you know, but who you know. Collections Dilemma - Attorneys VS Collection Agencies Do you believe that law firms are the answer to successful Commercial Collections? Who does the research to determine if suing this debtor is a wise expenditure of your money? Collections law firms do not provide this service or they farm it out and charge a flat fee. Did you know that using a law firm and the legal process is only a small portion of what a reputable Commercial Collections Agency does to collect your money? Did you know that Commercial Collection Agencies will employ the services of asset investigators, collectors, skip tracers, field investigators and attorneys as part of the total package to insure recovery of their client’s money? Why is it better to use ABNA rather than immediately turn to a law firm to collect a commercial debt? Let's examine the reasons... ABNA gets paid when money is collected, where as Attorneys are paid rather the debt is collected, or not! A very effective method of debt collection is through persistent and consistent telephone contact with debtor. ABNA Representatives are trained to make a series of calls. Attorneys/law firms are generally not in the business of making repeated calls to debtors nor do they have a desire to perform this function. ABNA Professionals are trained to get money before a suit is necessary, where as Attorneys are trained to go to suit. Suits are a great threat but they still need to be collected. ABNA is Experienced in collecting judgments, where as Attorneys are experienced in law suits that result in judgments. One out of ten (10) debtors will ever pay a judgment and judgments still needs to be collected!
    2. ABNA will utilize our network of civil/private investigators and seasoned collectors to know if payment is viable in less than 90 days. Attorneys do not have the time to investigate this information and civil suits may take 12-18 months. ABNA has a worldwide access to network of attorneys if needed, where as Local attorneys/law firms do not have jurisdiction outside their state. ABNA utilizes our use of Internet with major credit bureaus, credit information databases and skip-tracing tools to locate a debtor who has moved. Used as leverage to encourage debtor to make good on their outstanding debt. Many attorneys/law firms do not have these tools conveniently at their disposal nor are they adequately trained or experienced in this area. Call me today and let’s discuss any past due, disputed, breach of contract, repossession, or charge off accounts that you wish for ABNA to assist you with!!!! Keep in mind; you don’t pay a dime unless you get your money!
