    • 1 Build anticipation “The band advertises their upcoming event to their fans. Once the event was sold out, they let everyone know that, it made them a part of an exclusive group. An opening band warms up the crowd and makes them ready for the main event.” Get prospects excited to work with you, and remind existing customers why you are their best option. Warm up the clients by sending Newsletters, which should include impressive testimonials, success stories and awards won or the certifications. It should also include Referrals to show that others have referred you. AAyuja Internal and Confidential © 2012

Be certain about your deliverables and what the client can expect from you. Shared expectations increases harmony and sales.
    • 3  Give them what they want  The band plays the songs from their new album, allowing people to hear those songs live for the first time. They also play their hits from previous albums. These are the songs that made them popular with their core audience. Understand your customer’s business model so that you can show them that you understand their needs promptly to deliver the required solution and speak their language fluently. Clients expect prompt attention, return sales calls and realistic deadlines. Customers expect honest communications, following continuous improvement principle to boost value
