  1. A position of the body indicating mood or emotion is called attitude. A theoretical pose created for effect. The way a person views something or tends to behave towards it often in on evaluative way.
  2. ATTITUDE DEVELOPS ON ABC MODEL A- AFFECT B- BEHAVIOR C- COGNITION
  3. Affect The affective response is an emotional response that expresses an individuals degree or preference for an entity. Behavior The behavioral intention is a verbal indication or typical behavioral tendency of an individual. Cognitive The cognitive response is a cognitive evaluation or the entity that constitutes an individuals beliefs about the object.
  4. Types of Attitude Attitude are of two types  Positive Attitude  Negative Attitude
  5. Positive Attitude Positive attitude is the power that drives you to success. Negative Attitude A negative attitude would be a person that would not have anything positive to say or do. This would be an attitude of bad feeling.
  6. Top 10 tips for maintaining a POSITIVE ATTITUDE  Think positive.  Read positive and inspiring books.  Listen to positive attitude product.  Wake up early.  Exercise.  Understand that things won’t always goes planned.  Get spiritually connected.  Be thankful.  Surround yourself with positive people.
  7. Benefits of POSITIVE ATTITUDE  More happiness and joy in life.  Improved self-esteem and self- image.  Improve relationships with family and friend.  More closeness and intimacy.  More success at work.
