What to Look For
If you suspect you might have a mold problem, here is what you should look for:
1. Visible mold growth
2. Dark spots on the wall, ceilings, or any organic material
3. Unusual odor
4. Respiratory infection or allergy like symptoms
5. Weakened auto immune system
What to do If You Suspect a Mold Problem
Have the house tested by 3R’s Construction or any other IICRC certified mold technician.
We recommend a minimum of two samples. These samples are sent directly to a lab for identification.
