Our audience feedback group told us they use Radio 3 while they do other activities and primarily using their phone.

  12. 12. 12 RADIO 3 WASHING UP WITH NATIONAL ORCHESTRA OF WALES The taste profile would notify you about the right music to listen to matched up with your daily activities.
  13. 13. 13 RADIO 3 TASTE PROFILE The taste profile would use a combination of human and machine learning. Using services like Echonest and Mechanical Turk to classify the catalogue.
  14. 14. 14 FLEXIBILE MUSIC CONSUMPTION BUILT AROUND YOUR TASTES AND ROUTINE In Summary: MOBILE FIRST EXPERIENCE AN EASIER WAY INTO RADIO 3 PERFORMANCES We think this would be an interesting prototype to build - it could provide an easier way into Radio 3 performances for new users and has a chance to build a habit around listening.
