What can be improved:
If you look at it from right perspective – nothing, however this is not a magical
solution for the lazy people, if you do not take action and follow this system
precisely as Cliff intended nothing is going to happen.
What is good:
I’m a bit partial to it ‘cause this is the system I used to get rid of man boobs,
before Chest Coach whatever I tried nothing worked. What I needed I guess was
