Recipe Ingredients: 4 large apples, ½ cup raisins, 1 tbs cinnamon, 4 tbs honey, 4 tbs butter. Procedure: Preheat oven to 400 F. Wash and dry the apples, then using a paring knife core them without piercing through one end of the apples. Mix together the raisins and honey. Spoon some of the raisin mixture into each of the apples. Place a tablespoon of butter on top of the stuffing. Sprinkle some cinnamon on top of the apples. Put the stuffed apples in a small, buttered baking dish. Place in the oven and bake till tender, about 30 minutes. Serve as is or with dollops of whipped cream.
