There’s a long list. But low-hanging fruit.
Tax Reform. Don’t reward passive investment (housing and asset bubbles) at the expense of active investment (start-ups). Timely. Capital Gains.
Regulate duopolies. ACCC. Coles & Woolworths.
Fund start-ups with subsidised rents, tax rebates for airfares, training and staff - using insurance principles to avoid moral hazard.

Become the Gateway to Asia. Europe expects it. America asks it. Australia lives in it.

And maybe
Drop the social envy and hoops... don’t consider a grant of $50,000 or less actually worthwhile funding, when domestic markets are simply too small to support a Google, Twitter, Facebook - or indeed any non-niche broad-based company trying to change things.
