Many of these people are using the Food Bank for the first time. Some of them used to be donors. The Need

Second Harvest partners with 328 non-profit agencies that efficiently distribute food throughout Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties. Through these partnerships, there are 1051 different sites where clients can receive much needed food. How the Food Bank Helps

Our Clients Last fiscal year, the Food Bank served an average of 176,000 people each month. Over 34 million pounds of food was distributed to serve them.

67% of the people served are families with children. The average monthly income of these families is $1,346. Our Clients

Support No donation is too small; giving as little as $10 is enough to provide 20 nutritious meals to people in need in our community. Running a Food & Fund Drive with friends and family, at work or your congregation is great way to contribute and allow others the opportunity to give.
