This EOI Model is for all the people and stakeholders (internal & external customers) in
an organization, right from the head to labor force (Board of Directors, Corporates,
Executives, Managers, Administrators, Officers, Associates, Operators, Workers), and
this can be the company’s culture that everybody works and shows his/her caliber
accordingly.
The model represents the corporate and workforce philosophy, which is to flourish the
human resource that ultimately leads to achieve the company’s outclass business targets
and finally enhance the shareholder’s value.
