  • Stephen Hawking  Stephen Hawking was born in January 8, 1942.  Stephen’s field of study was cosmology (the study of the universe). .
  • Stephen Hawking  Stephen discovered that black holes should not be completely black, but should emit radiation and eventually evaporate and disappear.  At an early age Stephen showed a passion for science and the sky. At age 21 Stephen was diagnosed with Amyotrophic.
  • Stephen Hawking  Stephen earned his bachelors degree in math and physics at Oxford University.  Stephen also received Pius XI Gold Medal for science.
  • Stephen Hawking “Intelligence is the ability to adapt to change.” (Stephen Hawking quote). Stephen has three children Timothy, Lucy, and Robert.
  • Stephen Hawking  Stephen has been diagnosed with disease called Neuromuscular dystrophy. He was diagnosed with the disease at the age of 32.
  • Stephen Hawking Stephen wrote a book called “A Brief History Of Time”. “A Brief History Of Time” By Stephen Hawking got voted 4 Stars.
  • Stephen Hawking The Stephen Hawking Building was opened by The Duke of Edinburgh. The Stephen Hawking Building was finished September 2006.
  • Stephen Hawking  Stephen currently lives in Cambridge, England.  Stephen is a professor of mathematics at University of Cambridge.
  • Stephen Hawking Since 1985, Stephen had to speak through his trademark computer system. He is currently the director of research at the University of Cambridge’s Center Theoretical Cosmology.
